Sales Terms

• Rates are in Singapore Dollars and subject to prevailing 10% service charge and 9% G.S.T.

• Room rates quoted are based on per room per night basis and valid for overseas guests stay only.  

• Check In Time : 14:00 hours,  Check Out Time : 12:00 hours

• Extended late check-out till 18:00 hours is subject to 50% charge and a full night charge applies for extended stay after 18:00 hours. It is a requirement to pre book your room reservation for any early arrival due to tight room situations. Early check in and late check out requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability.

• Special request on room and reservation, if any, is subject to availability

• Complimentary items and/or value adds are for registered guests' use and have no refund value and not transferable if unutilized

• Accommodation, meals and related hotel amenities/facilities/services are subject to change in accordance to mandatory requirements and safety measures at time of stay. Special rates quoted may not be applicable for any self isolation nature of stay.

• Confirmation of reservation is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

• Cancellation policy (less than 5 rooms) : Less than 24 hours notice - 1night charge shall apply.

• No Show : 100% full charge for the entire booked duration.

• Term of payment : A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Prepayment of room charge is required on or before check in unless other prior payment arrangement is agreed
